In loving memory of Jacqueline Helen Smith who sadly passed away on 16th May 2016
SMITH Jacqueline Helen “Jackie”
Jackie originally of Tamworth New South Wales, Yarraman and the Sunshine Coast passed away in the Dove Palliative Care Unit of the Caloundra Hospital on Monday 9th May 2016 at the young age of just 63 years.
Jackie will be sadly missed by her loving children Deb, Missy, Josh and their partners.
Jackie or Nanny as she is better known will also be deeply missed by her doting grandchildren Shannon, Shari & Ella-Jane who each have fond memories of her kisses and cuddles and loving advice. But especially for the loving relationship that can only exist between a grandchild and a grandparent.
At this time Jackie’s family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the Doctors, Nurses and Support staff of the Dove Palliative Care Unit for the love and tender kindness that they showed to Jackie and her family that made Jackie’s final days as comfortable and peaceful as possible.
Jackie’s family and friends are warmly invited to attend her celebration of life service that will be held in St Marks Anglican Church 7 Main Street Buderim on Monday 16th May 2016. The service will commence at 10:00 Am. After the service those attending are requested to follow the hearse in Cortège to the Caloundra cemetery which is situated on the Corner of Queen Street and Allen Street Moffat Beach. Following this a wake will be held back at St Mark’s Anglican Church Buderim where lunch and refreshments will be served.
Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
