In loving memory of Neil Geoffrey Rankin “Rocky” who sadly passed away on 23rd May 2020
RANKIN Neil Geoffrey (Rocky):
Late of Lowood Queensland Andrew and their partners.
Rocky or Grandpa Rocky as he was better known will also be deeply missed by his adoring grandkids and great grandkids. Each of them will remember him for his constant teasing tickles cuddles and loving advice.
Rocky will also be missed by his Navy mates his fellow Vietnam Veterans work mates from Ansett Airlines and his many friends around Australia.
At this time Rocky’s family would like to thank the Doctors Nurses and Support staff of the Canossa Private Hospital for the exceptional love care and empathy they so freely gave to their Dad that made his final days as happy and peaceful as possible.
The family would also like to acknowledge the Lowood RSL and its greater community for their love and support shown to Rocky throughout his later years.
Because of COVID-19 the attendance at his funeral service will be limited to 20 people. The Funeral will be held in Saint Auguststine’s Anglican Church 56 Racecourse Road Hamilton or Friday 29th May 2020 commencing at 10:30 am. Viewing from 10:15 am.

It’s intended that a full memorial service will be held to celebrate Rocky’s life at a later date. This will be widely advertised at the time.
