Carolyn died peacefully on 28th December 2022, aged 76.

Carolyn leaves behind a loving family who will miss her dearly: husband Chris, adult children David and Joanne, daughter-in-law Lisa, grandchildren Jaron, Lucy, and Patrick, and her two sisters Bobbie and Julie.

Family and friends are invited to attend Carolyn’s funeral service at 2.00 pm, Thursday 12th January to be held at the Mt Gravatt Crematorium, 620 Mains Road, Macgregor (in the grounds of the Mt Gravatt Cemetery) on Thursday 12th January at 2.00 pm. It will be followed by a reception at the Queensland Contract Bridge Club, 67 Ipswich Road, Woolloongabba.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to WomenCan (supporting cancer research) in Carolyn’s memory.

Dear Chris, Jo, Dave, Lisa, Jaron, Lucy & Patrick,We will remember Carolyn for her cheeky smile, sparkling eyes, sharp mind and kind heart. We so enjoyed the times we shared with her; her patience and care with Eva, our fun times staying with you on Minjerribah Straddie, playing epic table tennis tournaments (!) and yoga sessions overlooking the river.We are sending you all our biggest hugs from here, wishing we could be with you in person remembering Carolyn.Much love, Emma, Roger and Eva xxx
