In loving memory of Daphne Lorna Madge Jacob who sadly passed away on 25th September 2020

Originally from North Queensland, residing for most of her married life in Walla Walla in southern NSW and late of Caboolture.
Daphne aged 95 years and 11 days passed peacefully at 5.37am on Friday 25th September 2020 at her residence in Caboolture and at the time of her passing, she was surrounded by the love of her family and friends and the support of her dedicated carers at Arcare.
Daphne has now rejoined her husband of 65 years Stan, and sons Brian and Barry all of whom passed before her. Daphne also leaves behind her sister Esther, and loving children Graham, Robyn, Judith and their respective spouses, Marilyn, Ross, and Alan.
Daphne (Nanny) will also be deeply missed by her grandchildren Rebecca, Rachael, Sarah, Nathan, Emma, Melissa, Tania, James, Belinda, Shonagh, Jodie, Kylie, Cassandra and great grandchildren Grace, Clare, Ella, Riley, Eamon, Naimh, Aila, Ashton, Sophie, Victoria, Alexander, Patrick, Lauren, Chloe, Caitlin, Sophie, Keegan, Damon, Baylee, Shaylah, Ava-Lee, Joshua, Lucas, Kyle, Jay, Jack, Taylah, Maddison, Jayden, Emelia, Hayden, Clara, Noah, Baylie, and Luca, each of whom will miss her for the unique way she had of making each of them feel special and loved unconditionally.
At this time, Daphne’s family would also like to thank Dr Steve Coates and Danielle Johnston and her dedicated Carers, Hannah Keillor and Kiani Edmonds from Arcare Caboolture for the love, care and devotion they showed to her especially in her final days.
Daphne’s family and friends are warmly invited to attend her celebration of life service which will be held in the chapel of the Pinnaroo Crematorium, 285 Graham Road, Bridgemen Downs (Within the grounds of the Pinnaroo Cemetery- off Albany Creek Road) on Thursday 8th October 2020 commencing at 2:00pm. The Chapel will be open from 1.45pm onwards and those attending need to be aware that they will be required to be out of the Chapel and away from Chapel precincts by no later than 2.45pm. There is ample car parking available at the venue. Please DO NOT bring floral tributes or wreaths.
Please, also be aware that because of COVID restrictions, attendance at the service will be restricted to 100 people. Furthermore, those attending will be asked to record their name and telephone number for the purpose of tracing, if necessary, by entering their details in the Guest Book which will be situated at the entrance to the Chapel.
Details for refreshments after the service will be announced on the day as they will have to be in accord with COVID safe arrangements in particular, numbers of persons attending.
