In loving memory of Judith Penelope Sosimenko who sadly passed away on 17th Augustst 2019
Originally from Doonside New South Wales and late of Greenbank Queensland.
Judith passed away peacefully on Saturday 17th Augustst 2019 in the Greenslopes Private Hospital Brisbane. At the time of her passing Judith was only 78 years of age.
Judith leaves behind her loving husband and soulmate George. As well as adoring children Andrew, Deborah, Matthew and their partners.
Judith or (NANNA) will also be deeply missed by her grandchildren (Alice, Victoria and Max) and her great grandchild (Winston), each of whom will have fond memories of her because of that special bond that can only exist between a grandmother and grandchildren.
At this time Judith’s family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Support staff of the Greenslopes Private Hospital for the love care and attention that they showed to Judith that made her final days as peaceful as possible.
Judith’s family and friends are respectfully invited to attend her celebration of life service that will be held in the Chapel of the Mt Gravatt Crematorium 582 Mains Rd, MacGregor (Within the grounds of the Mt Gravatt Cemetery) on Thursday 22nd Augustst 2019 commencing at 11 am.
