In loving memory of Kerry John Reeve Dunstan who sadly passed away on 29th July 2016
DUNSTAN Kerry John Reeve
Late of Caboolture and Albany Creek. Kerry passed away peacefully in the Royal Brisbane and Woman’s Hospital on Friday 29th July 2016 at the young age of just 76 years.
Kerry leaves behind the love of his life, best friend and wife “Maureen”.
Kerry also leaves behind his loving children Boyd, Kym and her husband Kevan, Katrina and her husband Gary
Kerry or Pa as he was better known will also be sadly missed by his doting grandchildren Mitchell, Laican, Brooke, Cody and Ben, who will always remember him for his constant teasing, warm cuddles, loving advice and that special relationship that can only exist between a grandparent and a grandchild.
At this time Kerry’s family would like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Support staff of the Royal Brisbane and Woman’s Hospital for the care and attention that they showed in making Kerry’s final days as peaceful and comfortable as possible.
ONE AT REST
Think of me as one at rest for me you should not weep,
I have no pain no troubled thoughts for I am asleep.
The living thinking me that was, is now for ever still.
And life goes on without me as time forever will.
If your heart is heavy now because I’ve gone away,
Dwell not long upon it friend for none of us can stay.
Those of you who liked me I sincerely thank you all
And those of you who loved me I thank you most of all.
The answer to life’s riddle in life I never knew,
I go with hope that now I will and even so will you.
Oh, foolish, foolish me that was, I who was so small,
To have wondered even worried at the mystery of it all.
And in my fleeting life span as time went rushing by,
I found some time to hesitate, to laugh, to love, to cry.
Matters it now if time began, if time will ever cease?
I was here, I used it all and now I am at peace.

Kerry’s family and friends are warmly invited to attend his celebration of life service that will be held in the Garden chapel of the Albany Creek memorial Park crematorium 400 Albany Creek Road Bridgeman Downs on Tuesday 9th Augustst 2016. The service will commence at 1:30 Pm
