In loving memory of Margaret Florence Smith who sadly passed away on 30th September 2017
SMITH (nee Bradley) Margaret Florence
Originally from Bourke, New South Wales and late of North Ipswich.
Margaret passed away peacefully in the Princess Alexandra Hospital on Saturday 30th September 2017. At the time of her passing Margaret was just 77 years of age.
Margaret leaves behind her partner, Desmond McCoombes and her 11 children William, Gregory (Deceased), Colin, Trevor, Caroline, Ronald, Catherine, Sharon, Robyn, Stephen (Deceased), Wanda and their partners.
Margaret or Nanny as she was better known will also be deeply missed by her 23 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
In general Ipswich will be a much-reduced place by Margaret’s passing. Margaret never had the benefit of wealth to give people. However, Margaret freely gave love in the way she had of talking to everyone she came across. No matter how bad they felt when a stranger first met Margaret they always came away knowing that someone cares and is interested in them.
Margaret’s relatives and friends are warmly invited to attend her celebration of life service that will be held in the chapel of the Heritage Park Crematorium, 113 Stuart Street, Goodna on Tuesday 10th October 2017 commencing at 11:00 Am
