Originally from Morwell, Victoria and late of Shorncliffe, Queensland.
Maureen passed away after a long battle with ovarian cancer surrounded by the love of her family on Wednesday 15th June 2022.
At the time of her passing Maureen was only 79 years of age.
Maureen leaves behind her loving husband Kurt and children Nicole and Eric and their partners, Gavin and Gerrie.
Maureen, or as she is better known, Oma will also be deeply missed by her grandchildren, Sakura Lola and Sophia Fay each of who will remember her for that special bond that can only exist between a grandmother and a grandchild.
At this time Maureen’s family would like to thank the North Brisbane Palliative care service for the love, care and attention that they so freely gave that made Maureen’s final days as peaceful and happy as possible.
Maureen’s family and friends are warmly invited to attend her catholic mass that will be celebrated in the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 118 Brighton Road, Sandgate. Thursday 30th June 2022 commencing at 1:00 Pm
