Dear Family,
My heart cries alongside yours, Richard Kop (Dick) was a pleasure to see round our office, to speak with, to laugh with, always bringing humour to our conversations. Taken too soon, so young, will always be remembered in our OIR hearts.
Dear Jessica and Sarah, your father Richard is so badly missed by all of us at work. Such a wonderful man with a heart of gold. He was such a generous man - over the years I have organised many fund raising and social events and your darling Dad was always the first one to respond. He'd come down and quietly give me a donation, I'd say "that's too much, I'll give you some change" and he'd say "no, that's what I want to give". He is irreplaceable and I pray that as well as the sorrow you will experience overwhelming joy and peace at every remembrance of your precious father, with SO MUCH LOVE because he loved you both so much, he was so proud of you.
Dear Jessica and Sarah,
On behalf of myself and the small workshop team that deployed with Dick to Timor in 2000, we just wanted to pass on our thoughts and prayers to you both.
The 19 of us held your father in the highest regard. He was an excellent boss for sure, but more importantly a loyal and dedicated friend to us all.
His passing is deeply felt and Dick will be greatly missed by us all.
Dick Kop was one of my instructors when I first joined the Army at the Army Apprentice School. He was in a position that required him to be a disciplinarian, but he would alway be a compassionate and a caring bloke who would always have a joke and see the lighter side of situations.
He was very well respected and I looked up to him for guidance and most of all I considered him to be my mentor and later in life a friend.
RIP mate, to me you were one of the Fitter/Armourer Gods
Dear Kopp family, I am so sorry for your loss. The world has lost a wonderful person. May he Rest In Peace.

Oh Dick- how this hurts my heart. Mum, Mary-Lou Houston, will be waiting to catch up with you for a Valentino's cappuccino, a long chat and to show you around heaven. I have so many fond memories of you, Brett and William giving Mum cheek and making her smile. Even during Mum's own battle with this insidious disease, the joy her Lutwyche work pod gave her was immeasurable. Biggest love and comfort to your people- it is trying, traumatic and awful and I hope they feel the cocoon of love and support. Fly high Inspector and rest easy.
Dear Jessica, Sarah, Family and many friends. We are all the richer for having Dick involved in our lives in any large or small way. With his good natured wit and sense of duty, he was one of nature's gentlemen.
Dick will be remembered fondly and with respect.
Dear Jessica, Sarah and family, my deepest condolences on your father's passing.
I didn't know Richard 'Dicko' for as long as some. But he was always kind-hearted and a gentleman. He was never too busy, always humble and ready to help and happy to chat.
He is greatly missed but will never be forgotten.
A great young man who grew into a legend...I will never forget "young Dick".
Dear Sarah and family, please accept my deepest condolences on the passing of your father.
I didn't get the chance to get to know your father. I did have the honour to have met him at your engagement party.
My thoughts and prayers are with you today. xx
Dear Family. I only spent limited periods of working with Richard over the past 15 years.
On behalf of the Construction Teams, your friendship and time for anyone and anything will be sadly missed.
Rest in peace mate.
