Originally from Bundaberg and late of Caboolture, Queensland, aged 77 years.
Beloved father & father-in-law of Paul & Angela Gear, Wendy & Glen Bugden, Jeff Gear & Amy Arbery. Loving papa of Joseph, Zeke, Daniel & Ella, Kenzie, Ellie, and Jemima. Son of Enid & Roy Gear (both deceased); brother & brother-in-law of Trevor & Meryl Gear, Lorraine (recently deceased) & Mervyn Johannesen.
Spencer passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family, in Caboolture Hospital, Tuesday 6th June 2023. Spencer’s family would like to thank the dedicated staff of Bolton Clarke Fernhill aged care and Caboolture Hospital for their care and attention, which helped to make his final days as happy and peaceful as possible.
Spencer’s family and friends are warmly invited to attend his celebration of life service, to be held at City Heart Presbyterian Church, 13 Hasking Street, Caboolture, on Saturday, 17th June 2023, commencing at 1:00 pm.
After the service and in accordance with Spencer’s wishes, he will be privately cremated.
A donation to Compassion Australia or Barnabas Aid would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
